In today’s environment, those who own shopping malls are on the short end of the stick. Meanwhile, buyers may be able to harvest the opportunity, still taking on risk for how what they decide to develop will perform. In land development, there is a great range of risk and reward. This range of success or failure is why land developers should consider diversifying their projects.
