Residential and Commercial Real Estate Economic Update by the NAR

I recently attended a National Association of Realtors(r) webinar titled "Economic and Commercial Market Outlook." The content was interesting; a meat and potatoes review of how various economic factors impact real estate. For example, one of the items I found reassuring is that, with the recent drive of interest rates, most of the increase is already baking in future 2022 Fed rate increases. This means that subsequent increases this year are either built-in today's rates or will be nominal. Also, there is good information on Commercial Real Estate and the different property types.
